Cooking lesson at the school of Maria Cristina Gamba. This is the only cooking school located in the historical centre of Verona which has been working since 1994, organising courses for refined and "greedy" students. Cristina organizes cooking lessons for Italians as well as for foreign people in a very friendly location which will make you feel like being at home. Amongst its staff she boasts the presence of qualified and esteemed chefs, gourmets, sommeliers and bon-ton experts whose knowledge and seriousness make us proud. All courses combine a theoretical as well as a practical gastronomical experience. In order to attain the highest teaching quality they admit no more than ten/twelve people per course. Every lesson concludes with tasting and the performance of a critical analysis of the dishes prepared by the students.
